At Cactus we source, install and service mains fed filtered water dispensers. We are an independent company committed to providing a first class product supported by first class service. We believe this is achieved through:

• The provision of a one price package that covers everything, giving customers best value and complete piece of mind.
• All installations and servicing are carried out by EPDWA accredited staff.
• Not deploying a call centre operation, all our calls are personally answered.
• The provision of a free replacement machine in the unlikely event of a not being able to repair a machine after a call out.
• If you need a product not in our range, by using our network of manufacturers we are able to source machines quickly and efficiently, ready for installation, so if you don’t see what you want, please do ask.

As you would expect for a company that believes that water should not cost the earth we don’t want to be running up and down the country. We cover London and the South East of England from our head office in Kent. However we do have local agents around the country who will install and maintain our machines on our behalf so if you are based outside our area, do get in touch and we will be pleased to discuss how we may be able to help.
