Step 2: Site survey – Where will your cooler go?
Before installation, we’ll confirm the best location for your cooler. In most cases, this can be done quickly over the phone with the help of site photographs. If needed, we’ll arrange a physical site visit to ensure everything is in place.
Once we’ve agreed on a suitable location, we’ll book your installation at a time that works for you. This service is all included in the installation price—no hidden extras.
Step 3: Installation – Quick and efficient setup
Installing your water cooler is a straightforward process:

For Point of Use coolers (mains-fed), installation typically takes under an hour, depending on complexity. We’ll schedule it at your convenience—whether that’s early morning or after hours to avoid disruption. Plus, there’s no need to turn off your water supply during the process.

For bottle-fed coolers, setup is even easier. The unit arrives, gets plugged in, and once the bottle is fitted, you just wait an hour for perfectly chilled water.
Every installation includes essential safety features like flood prevention valves, pressure reduction valves, and check valves as standard.
Step 4: Routine maintenance – Keeping your water fresh
Regular maintenance ensures your cooler stays in top condition:

For mains-fed coolers, we carry out sanitisation and filter changes every six months, following industry best practices. If your usage requires a different schedule, we’re happy to tailor a plan for you.

For bottle-fed coolers, routine sanitisation is recommended every three months. We align this with one of your water bottle deliveries to keep things as convenient for you as possible. We’ll also advise you on the best way to store your replacement bottles—always out of direct sunlight.
Step 5: Support when you need it
