Whether you purchased a unit from us or you have your own coolers that need to be maintained, Cactus offers two comprehensive service plans designed to keep your hydration equipment operating efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and reliability. Choose from Cactus Care for regular maintenance and peace of mind, or upgrade to Cactus Care Plus for priority support and added protection.
 

  2.1 Cactus Care – Essential Service Plan

The Cactus Care plan provides scheduled servicing every six months, ensuring your dispensers remain clean, hygienic, and performing at their best. This plan includes essential maintenance to prolong the lifespan of your equipment and prevent unexpected downtime.

Plan Includes:

  • Scheduled service every six months (we contact you to arrange attendance)
  • Full sanitisation & filter replacement to maintain water quality
  • Descaling where applicable to prevent build-up and maintain efficiency
  • Genuine OEM parts used for reliability and performance
  • Safety & system inspection for peace of mind
  • Pre-scheduled planned maintenance (PPM) for hassle-free servicing
  • Signed job sheet (including unit and location photographs) upon job completion


  2.2 Cactus Care Plus – Premium Support Plan

For those who require priority service and additional protection, the Cactus Care Plus plan includes all the benefits of the Cactus Care plan, with added breakdown support, engineer callouts, and parts coverage to keep your equipment running smoothly at all times.

Plan Includes:

  • Everything included in the Cactus Care plan
  • Priority breakdown response for faster issue resolution
  • Up to 2 engineer callouts per year for machine faults (excludes wear and tear)
  • Unlimited replacement parts (excluding compressor)
  • Signed job sheet (including unit and location photographs) upon job completion

3. Managed services

If your organisation requires the management of multiple hydration units - perhaps across multiple sites or office locations - our Managed Service ensures seamless operation without the hassle.
